ENSO Retreat Hoi An - Rediscovery & Serenity

We were extremely happy with our six nights stay in Enso Retreat. Location is good, very near to the basket boat river, and it is just 10 minutes to Hoi An old town by car. We also appreciated their free shuttle service to and from old town and An Bang beach. The driver, Mr.Than, was on time, careful and helpful. The rooms were always clean and well equipped. We booked the room with breakfast, and the food there was really excellent! We could try different local dishes with good quality ingredients. Thanks to Ms.Vy and the whole restaurant team. This resort also offers gym, spa, swimming pools and beautiful landscape. Perfect for holidays. For our family the highlight was the hospitality of all the staffs, especially the receptionists. We thank Ms.Tidi, Ms.Phuong, Ms.Thao, Ms.Ly and the whole team. They were very helpful and attentive: helping us to arrange our tour and transportation, giving us advice about tourist attractions, and mostly, they really ran extra miles to make us feel comfortable. They made us feel like staying in a five stars hotel. We can highly recommend Enso Retreat.

Extraordinary services and staff. We really enjoy our stay here. Every moment we spent in the hotel, we were surrounded by love and care from the staff. Got great local foods, drinks, and fruits for breakfast. They also brought us extra snacks to take away along the day. Also although the hotel is located a bit away from the ancient town, the receptionist team helped us to arrange free shuttle to the town (soooo nice) and they offered free bikes, which is another great way to explore the countryside and the town. They can also help to book for the memories show, car to danang city, and a lot of day tours at great price. Just ask them and they have so many amazing things to offer. Thanks again for the ENSO team for such a wonderful experience at Hoi An. Especial thanks to Phuong, Ly, Thao, and Tidi for their diligent and welcoming services.

Our stay at ENSO was phenomenal! The staff were all so friendly and really made us feel welcome, even recommending us a really good tailor in Hoi An and you could contact the staff via WhatsApp any time. All of the facilities including the spa were fantastic, the room had everything one could need including many amenities. The attention to detail here was spot on. The breakfast was also so tasty and was very fresh with the selection changing everyday while keeping the essentials there.

Amazing place and amazing staff!The real retreat place. The best service ever - they really do everything to make the stay as perfect experience. It was easy to communicate with reception just via Whatsapp - whatever we need, it was organized quikly and smoothly, starting from coctails to the pool until booking tours or spa treatments. Spacios room with nice quality design.The rooms are quite dark, not suitable for reading a book for example, but I liked that. The breakfast was outstanding- lots of choices and delicious. I asked for vegan milk and they had it for me next morning! The garden is beautiful with the small lakes where frogs sounds in the evening. The small crabs running in backyard. The location seemed far while booking that place but it was just 5-7 min by taxi to old town, with around 1 dollar. Also free bycycles were available and coconut ride was just 3 min ride. By checking out they surprised me with written thank you letter in my own language ( which is spoken only by 1 million people in the world!!!). Highly recommend this place.

This small resort is a bit hidden from the road, although you can hear a bit of traffic. There are 3 pools and big and smaller accomodations surrounding them. As the rating at booking is incredible high we decided to visit. A great welcome and staff is indeed incredible friendly like in most places you visit in Hoi An. The property was shut down for almost 3 years and they just re-opened that's why so few reviews so far. Again, the staff is great, but all the rest is nothing special. If you like absolute calmness: this can be your place to go. There are no mosquito's.
